WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
Typically the standard turn-around time to receive your order is 3-4 weeks. During this time your piece will be cut and sewn. If the item you have ordered is available in the physical shop stock, you may receive your item sooner.
Custom order time frames are dependent on the individual project and will be discussed through the custom order process.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are as outlined below. All prices are in $NZD.
Standard, Mon-Fri: Next working day delivery target
SATURDAY delivery (main centres only, excludes rural deliveries). Orders must be placed before 12pm Friday.
For other destinations- please enquire and a quote will be provided.
Delivery windows are currently longer than expected due to continued impact from Covid-19 (approximately 5-10 days).
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Each item is tracked and sent via NZ Couriers - you will receive an email once your item has been shipped so you know exactly when to expect it. You can track your order using the tracking number and the link on your dispatch confirmation email.
If you order products for delivery outside of New Zealand, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please note that you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. International shipments are also subject to inspection by customs authorities if needed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Something not quite right? No problem, you can contact me on email@example.com to enquire about a refund or credit up to two weeks after the delivery date. Any orders returned after the two week return period will not be accepted.
Conditions of Returns:
The returned garment(s) must be unworn, in original condition with all swing tags and labels still attached.
The garment(s) must be returned within the eligible two week return period, and customers must inform Billie Zinzan of the returning item prior to sending the item.
Garments purchased on sale or with a discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit unless faulty. If however, you have ordered the wrong size please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to see if there are available sizes to exchange.
The customer takes full responsibility for the risk and return shipping costs of the garment(s). Customers are required to send the item via tracked courier - the tracking number must be provided to Billie Zinzan once your return courier booking has been made. Please note that Billie Zinzan takes no responsibility for any items lost in the post during the returns process.
A note on Returns:
Please do be mindful of the size you are ordering if ordering standard sizes. More often than not, the garment will still only be made once purchased as I do not carry one of each size and colour of every style in my pop-up store. As each piece is made to order especially for you, to your specific measurements, unfortunately I am unable to offer returns unless the item is faulty. Please visit the size guide page to make sure you match yourself to your correct size or you can leave your own measurements in the note section below the size dropdown menu on the product you wish to purchase. If there is a problem with your garment please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your delivery. Each case will be managed individually depending on the issue.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for returns unless faulty.
